1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Socialeads.io. By using Socialeads, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Socialeads provides analytics software that connects social media engagement data with CRM data to generate insights on leads, deals, and revenue attribution. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial for a specified period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you authorize us to automatically charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription plan.

5. Billing & Payments

Services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By providing a payment method, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

7. Data Processing & Privacy

You are the data controller; Socialeads acts as a data processor. We process data solely to provide the Service and deliver analytics insights. You represent that you have all necessary rights and legal bases to share data with us.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Socialeads integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, CRM systems). Your use of such platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for API limitations, platform restrictions, or changes in data availability.

9. Platform Compliance & Use at Your Own Risk

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with third-party platform terms. You assume all risk related to platform compliance, including account restrictions, API changes, and suspension of third-party accounts.

10. Beta / Early Access

Features may be incomplete or unstable and may change at any time. You use beta features at your own risk.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate any laws, use the Service in violation of third-party platform terms, interfere with the Service, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including accuracy of data, fitness for a particular purpose, and continuous or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or platform account issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
